Music

The Music and Arts Ministry of Clarkston United Methodist Church exists to live out the Mission Statement and Core Values of our congregation, particularly supporting and participating in Worship That Makes a Difference.

We pray that through sharing our voices, our time and our talents, God will use us in ministry to each other and God will transform our musical and artistic expressions of praise into acceptable offerings.

Throughout the ages, people have been drawn closer to God and been blessed with new ways of experiencing our Creator through the arts. At Clarkston United Methodist Church, we hold music, visual arts, dance, drama and all arts as sacred and hope that we may all be moved to greater depth, greater clarity and a greater relationship with God as we participate, both in presenting and in receiving, the artistic gifts that are such a vital part of our worship together.
